North Texas Deer Hunting

After a nearly 20 years since my last deer hunt, I went to N. Texas for a "trophy deer hunt". The land was no-fence non-feed. We saw 1-2 very large bucks but always too far away to take a shot. While waiting for the "big one", I had several does and even a small buck walk within 10' of me. Beautiful animals.

Bar Harbor, ME Vacation

Jeb & Stacy took a long weekend up in Bar Harbor, ME in early October. Neither of us had been to Maine before and found it absolutely beautiful. We hiked in Acadia NP, rode bikes, ate well and generally had a great time.
